He was born in 1963 and graduated from Shandong Medical University. He has been engaged in the clinical work of thoracic surgery for more than 20 years, and good at the surgical treatment of esophageal cancer, cardiac cancer, lung cancer and mediastinal tumor. He is experienced in the treatment of advanced thoracic tumor and malignant pleural effusion. He also has rich experience in surgical treatment of pulmonary bullae, thymoma and myasthenia gravis. He won the prize of new technology and the prize of successful rescue of critical patients in Qilu Hospital. In teaching and research work, he supervised 4 clinical master students, undertook two  projects of Health Commission of Shandong Province and one project of Shandong University. Additionally, he published more than 20 papers, edited one professional book and participated in the compilation of two books.
