She is a member of the Nephrology Committee of Shandong Society of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, a member of the committee of nephrology coordination and cooperation in six provinces and one city in East China, and a member of the acute Kidney injury Committee of the Nephrology Branch of Shandong Medical Association.

She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of primary and secondary glomerular diseases such as nephrotic syndrome, IgA nephropathy, diabetic nephropathy, Purpura nephritis, lupus nephritis, systemic vasculitis, renal interstitial tubules diseases and acute and chronic renal failure.

She has published many papers in academic journals, some of which are included by SCI.She has participated in many national and Shandong provincial research fund projects.
