Shuhai Tang, is a chief physician. He is the leader of ENT group of anesthesiology department in Qilu Hospital,  a member of the Standing Committee of the Anesthesiology Therapeutics Professional Committee of Shandong Research Hospital Association, and a member of the Anesthesiology Committee of Shandong Province Medical Association.
 
He has been engaged in clinical anesthesia for more than 20 years, perfecting himself in the anesthesia operation and intraoperative treatment of various operations. He has accumulated rich clinical experience in the anesthesia of critical patients, especially of ENT patients, obstetric patients, burnt patients, plastic surgery patients, and patients with difficult airway.
 
He has undertaken the teaching of Operative Surgery and Anesthesia and Analgesia, and organized the production of the excellent course of Anesthesia and Analgesia.
 
He presided over a provincial key research and development project and a project of the Health Department of Shandong Province, and also participated in two projects of the Department of Science & Technology of Shandong Province. He published more than ten papers as the first author or corresponding author, including five SCI papers, one book as editor in chief and two books as participants.
