The deputy director of Department of clinical laboratory, Qilu Hospital of Shandong University, head of quality team, and leader of immunology department.  also the member of clinical laboratory management committee of Chinese medical association, standing committee member of autoimmune disease diagnosis expert committee of Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine, member of clinical laboratory branch committee of Shandong provincial medical association, general secretary of Shandong Branch of China institute of laboratory medicine education, general councilor of Shandong association for immunology, vice managing director of laboratory branch of HIV/AIDS prevention and control association, emergency laboratory committee of Shandong provincial health management, laboratory committee of Shandong geriatrics society, microorganism branch of Shandong antituberculosis association and so on.

In recent years, I host 2 projects of provincial subject and departmental subject as the first undertaker and also participate several projects. I have published 2 SCI articles as first author and many articles as co-author. I have written 2 books as vice editor and won the second prize of national and provincial science and technology progress award.
