She graduated from Shandong Medical College in 1985. She has been engaged in clinical work, teaching and scientific research in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Qilu Hospital of Shandong University for more than 30 years. She specializes in diagnosis and treatment of diseases of this field. She had carried out research about voice disorders in the laryngeal physiological laboratory, Department of Otolaryngology, University of Wisconsin Hospital from Dec. 2005 to July. 2006. She won the Award of Excellent Teaching teacher and won the Prize of English teaching Competition. She has published over 40 papers, and participated in several provincial projects.
