Xiao Wang is a chief physician and the deputy director of breast Surgery department, Qilu Hospitalof Shandong University. He is also the professor of Qilu Medical Department of Shandong University. He is a Ph.D. advisor of Shandong University. He is also a standing member of the Professional Committee of Breast cancer of Shandong Anti-cancer Association, a member of the mammary science Group of Shandong Surgery Branch of Chinese Medical Association, and a member of the Mammary surgery Branch of Shandong Doctors association. He is good at early diagnosis of breast cancer, preservation of breast, nipple and modified radical surgery, chemotherapy, endocrine therapy and gene targeted therapy. He is good at diagnosis and treatment of inductal papilloma, ductal dilatation of breast and other benign breast diseases. He studied and researched "modified radical mastectomy with nipple preservation for breast cancer" at gekita branch of wakayama medical university, Japan from 2002 to 2003. And then he studied the pathogenesis and precision treatment of breast cancer at MD Anderson cancer center, university of Texas, United States from 2009 to 2010.
