Professor He Qingsi was born in 1961. He has been working in the department of general surgery of Qilu hospital for more than 30 years . He was promoted to chief physician when he was 42 years old in 2003. And he has worked as the director of gastrointestinal surgery, the deputy director of general surgery of Qilu hospital since 2008.

More than 30 years clinical experience makes professor He an excellent surgical expert. He is experienced in the diagnosis and treatment of common and intractable diseases in general surgery,especially the laparoscopic minimally invasive surgical treatment for gastric、colorectal and rectal cancer. He can accomplish more than 500 laparoscopic surgeries every year.

Moreover, professor He was also an extraordinary medical supervisor and clinical researcher. He has directed and guided more than 30 students for Master or Doctor degree, and has published more than 50 academic papers and textbooks. Therefore, he has been appraised and elected as “Good Teacher of Shandong University” for more than once.
