Dr. Guo is a professor in Shandong University, a Ph.D. Advisor, an academic leader, and a chief physician in the Department of General Practice of Qilu hospital of Shandong University. Meanwhile, she is a vice president of General Practitioners Branch of Chinese Medical Doctor Association, a member of the standing committee of Chinese Society of General Practice, a member of the standing committee of Department of Family Medicine of Wu Jieping Medicial Foundation, a member of the standing committee of General Practice Branch of World Association Of Chinese Doctors, a member of the council of China Medical Women's Association, a deputy president of Continuous Education College of General Practice Branch of Chinese Medical Association, a member of the standing committee of General Practice Branch of Association of medical exchanges across the Taiwan straits, a chairman of General Practice Branch of Shandong Provincial Medical Association, and a chairman of General Practitioners Branch of Shandong Medical Doctor Association. Dr. Guo takes charge of several NSFC (National Natural Science Foundation of China) projects and Natural Foundation projects of Shandong Province and she has published more than 30 papers in SCI journals and Chinese journals. Apart from these, being an editor-in-chief, she compiled “Handbook of The standardized residents training in hospital”, “Handbook of Accident & Emergency”, “Physician-Patient Communication Training”, and “Community critical care identification and emergency treatment”. And as an associate editor, she compiled “Practical electrocardiogram”,“Teaching material for general Practitioners' Post Transfer Training - General practitioners' clinical competence Training”, “Standardized teaching materials for General practitioners - Guidance for teachers of standardized training for general practitioners”.
