Post-doctorate at Karolinska Medical College, Sweden, Member of the Laboratory Diagnostics Group of the Chinese Medical Association Chinese Society of Hematology, member of the Hematology Group of the Hematology Branch of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association. Review expert of National Natural Science Foundation of China, Provincial Fund and Ministry of Education Study Abroad Fund. Mainly engaged in the clinical diagnosis and basic research of hematological diseases. The quantitative detection of leukemia fusion genes and the fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH) detection of leukemia were carried out earlier in China and in the province, and obtained international certification. Professor Ma is good at molecular diagnosis, stratified diagnosis of hematology disease and individualized diagnosis and treatment. He has undertook 6 National Natural Science Foundation projects, 4 provincial and ministerial projects, and published more than 40 SCI papers as a correspondence or first author, with accumulative impact factor of more than 90, and won multiple awards such as the Ministry of Education and Shandong Science and Technology Progress Award.
