Dr. Yanqing Li is the second tier professor of Shandong University, and he is the expert of ‘Taishan Scholar Climbing Plan’ of Shandong Province.

Dr. Li is specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of functional gastrointestinal diseases, inflammatory bowel disease, pancreatic disease and early gastrointestinal caner. He also has rich experience in the diagnosis of complicated digestive disease and the treatment of critical patients. He has established the diagnostic criteria for gastric cancer and precancerous lesions using confocal laser endomicroscopy, which is dubbed as the Qilu Criteria in the world. He has published more than 400 academic papers, including nearly 150 SCI papers. The research projects undertaken include National Key Research and development program, the key project of National Natural Science Foundation, the clinical key project of the Ministry of Health and the natural science foundation of Shandong Province. He has won the first prize of scientific and technology progress award of Shandong Province, and the second prize of scientific and technology progress award of Ministry of Education.
